2 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chili
1 tsp oil
a pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp dried mango powder
1/4 tsp garam masala Spices
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup gram flour
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp coriander leaves chopped

How to make Potato Donuts?
To make potato donuts, first of all, mash the boiled potatoes.
Then put oil in a pan and heat it.
After this, add cumin, green chilies, and grated ginger to it.
Then you put cumin seeds in it and crackle till it becomes golden.
After this, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder to it.
Along with this, add dry mango powder, garam masala, and salt to it and mix.
Then add mashed potatoes to it and mix well.
After this, add gram flour, cumin powder, chopped coriander, and red chilies to the potatoes.
Then mix it and fry it for about two minutes.
After this, take potato dough and make it in the shape of donuts.
Then put all-purpose flour in a bowl and prepare a thin batter.
After this, add chili flakes and salt to it and mix.
Then dip the prepared donuts in this solution and take them out.
After this, coat the donuts well with bread crumbs.
Then you keep them in the freezer for about ten minutes.
After this, take out the donuts from the freezer and put them in hot oil.
Then fry them well till they turn golden.
