1 to 2 ripe bananas

Banana pieces chopped

3 cups milk

2 threads Saffron

Jaggery as per your taste

Half a teaspoon of cardamom powder

8-10 grains of Raisins

Finely chopped almonds and cashews

How to make Banana Kheer?

To make banana kheer, first of all, take a pan.

Then add milk to it and boil it on medium flame till it thickens.

After this, mash the ripe bananas well.

Then add all the chopped tri fruits and raisins to the milk.

After this, you boil it while stirring for about a minute.

Then add saffron, cardamom powder, and jaggery to the milk and mix.

After this, put mashed bananas in a bowl.

Then add boiled milk to it and mix it well.

Now your delicious Banana Kheer is ready.
