How to make amaranth dumplings?

To make amaranth pakoras, first of all, take a big bowl.

Then add amaranth flour, 2 potatoes cut lengthwise, and finely chopped green chilies.

Along with this, add rock salt and black pepper powder as per taste.

Then add water as required and prepare the batter for pakodas.

After this, put oil in a pan and heat it for frying.
