Chutney served with food enhances the taste of food. Be it summer or winter, people often consume coriander, mint, mango, and tomato chutney along with food. Apart from this, you can also make onion chutney, which tastes very good. If onion chutney is prepared properly and kept properly, then you can use it for a month. Prepare onion chutney in this way and store it for a month.

To make onion chutney, first heat the oil in a pan. Now add chana dal, urad dal, whole coriander, cumin, curry leaves, and 3-4 garlic buds in it. Fry all these and then add onion and fry till it becomes light brown. However, keep in mind that the onions are not fried too much. Then add whole red chilies and tamarind to it to give a tangy test to the chutney. After it is cooked, cool it and then grind it in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.

Now again put the pan in the gas and add oil to it. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, fennel, fennel, asafoetida, mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and Kashmiri red chili. Roast it for a few seconds. Now add onion paste to it and add salt as per taste. Now cover the pan and cook on low heat for 6-7 minutes. Now turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl and enjoy onion chutney with paratha or puri. Keep this chutney in an air-tight box to last for a month.
