1 cup fine semolina,
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut,
1 cup desi ghee,
2 cups sugar,
Winds of 5-6 almonds,
Winds of 5-6 pistachios,

Melt the ghee in a pan and fry the semolina till the semolina turns light brown. Put sugar and water together in it. Increase the flame and keep stirring frequently with a ladle. When semolina starts releasing ghee, add coconut and take it off the flame. Mix pistachios, almonds and raisins. Serve it hot.
