2 teaspoons coffee
4 teaspoons sugar
2 tbsp hot water
2 glasses of raw milk
2 pinches of cocoa powder
How to make it?
To make coffee like CCD, first, we have to beat the coffee. For this, take 2 teaspoons of coffee, 4 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of hot water in a glass.
Now keep whisking it until the colour of the coffee turns light yellow. If you have an electric hand beater then you can take its help.
Now boil 2 glasses of raw milk in a pan. Try to make coffee by boiling raw milk immediately. It makes good foam. The cream of pre-boiled milk gets separated which it is more diluted, hence it is better to take fresh milk. When the milk starts boiling, stir it with the help of a spoon so that cream does not form over it.
Now put 2 spoons of beaten coffee in a cup, then pour hot milk on top and stir. After this, put 1 spoon of beaten coffee on top as well. This will make it look better and the coffee will also become creamier.
After this, you can enjoy hot CCD-like coffee by adding cocoa powder on top.
