Material
Coconut (grated) – 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Khoya – 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
cardamom powder

How to make coconut barfi
1. To make coconut barfi, first take sugar and make syrup by boiling it in water.
2. Now add grated dry coconut to this syrup and mix well.
3. Keep the gas on medium flame. - Now add ghee and khoya to it and mix well.
4. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix it well. When the mixture is mixed well, take it out on a plate.
5. Grease the plate with ghee beforehand. Now take out this mixture from the plate and leave it like this for a few minutes. Apply some ghee on top.
6. Now spread it well, shape it into barfi, and cut it. - After some time your barfi will settle. Then take it out and serve.
