Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Cocoa Powder (3 tbsp)
Sugar (1 cup)
Milk (1 cup)

Method
To make the cake, first, pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. After this, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder well in a big bowl. After this, add sugar, milk, oil, vanilla extract, and egg in a separate bowl and mix well. It should neither be too thick nor too thin.
After preparing it, beat the dry and wet mixtures properly. Keep in mind that there should not be any lumps in this mixture. After preparing this batter, add chocolate chips to it.
Now grease a cake pan well with oil or butter. After this, pour the prepared mixture into the cake pan and then place it in the oven. Now bake this cake for about 30-35 minutes. After this time, check once with a knife whether the cake is cooked or not.
If the batter is not sticking to the knife, take out the cake. After this, let the cake cool and then take it out on a plate. Your chocolate cake is ready. After it cools down, you can decorate it with almonds, cherries or chocolate icing.
