Ingredients to make Potato Chaat
Potatoes boiled – 3-4
Onion - 1
Cumin powder - 1 pinch
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1 pinch
Black pepper - 1 pinch
Tamarind Chutney - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Red chili - 1/2 tsp
Oil

To make chutney –
Green coriander - 1 cup
Green chili chopped - 1
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp

Potato Chaat Recipe
To make potato chaat, first, boil the potatoes and keep them aside to cool. Meanwhile, take green coriander, clean it and break it, and put it in the mixer. Add green chilies and a little black salt to it and grind them. If you want, you can also add one or two spoons of water. After this, take out the chutney in a bowl and add lemon juice and mix it. This will add some sourness to the chutney.

When the potatoes cool down, peel them off and cut them into small pieces. After this, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add potato pieces and deep fry them. When the color of the potatoes turns golden brown, take them out on a plate. After this, add cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and a little salt to the fried potatoes and mix well.

After this, pour the previously prepared green chutney over the potato chaat. After this add tamarind chutney and mix it well with potatoes. The tasty potato chaat is ready. If you wish, you can garnish them with some fine sev and serve them.
