Material :
1 cup gram flour, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 green chili, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 cup mustard oil, 1 small cauliflower, salt as required, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Method :
Take out gram flour in a vessel. Add salt, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, and coriander leaves.

Now prepare its batter.

Then wash and dry the cauliflower well, cut the florets, and collect them in a bowl.

- Heat oil in a pan.

- Dip the cauliflower in the batter and put in the hot oil, fry it till it turns golden brown.

Now enjoy the cabbage fritters.
