Everyone has a lot of dreams about their marriage, especially the bride who wants to look the most beautiful at her wedding. For this, she also starts preparing several days in advance.

A month before the wedding, these preparations increase even more. Especially the brides who are about their skin tend to be very alert. Beauty expert Poonam Chugh says, 'Instead of taking a skin treatment a month ago, you should only pamper it and for this, you need to change your skincare routine.'

Ms. Poonam tells us about a basic bridal skincare routine, which you too can follow a month before the wedding.

Clean skin

By the way, the skin should always be kept clean. But it is very important to take care of the skin of the face before marriage. The bride is the centre of attraction at the wedding and all eyes are on the bride's look. In such a situation, for the bride's face to be seen shining, it is necessary to be careful first.

Ms. Poonam says, “We first look at the skin type of our clients and then give them different instructions for skin cleaning. Many times brides start using skin care products without consulting an expert and then there are bad results. For dry, oily and combination skin, cleansing, toning and moisturizing is a must for all. But the ingredients change according to the skin type.

While cream-based products should be used on dry skin, gel-based products work well on oily. If the skin type is combination and sensitive, then do not apply anything on the face without consulting a skin expert.

Diet for Skin

One month before the wedding, you should also pay attention to your diet to make your skin healthy. Poonam says, 'Stop oily and junk food completely. There is a fear of getting pimples and swelling in the skin.

You should also include vitamin-C-rich food items in your diet. It gives both glow and glows to the skin. If you are getting married in the winter season, fruits like orange, pineapple, mosambi, papaya etc.

Apart from this, you should drink more and more water to keep your body hydrated. Coconut water can also be included in the diet, but do not consume it daily because it is cold. It can give you a cold and cough. Try not to consume soda-rich liquids or artificial sugary drinks.

Night skincare routine

Do 3 things before sleeping at night-

  • Remove your makeup thoroughly and clean your face with a toner. This brings out all the dirt hidden in the pores.
  • Apart from this, if you have to use any product containing Vitamin C on the skin, then you should also do that at night because the skin cells work while sleeping at night and repair the damaged skin. Vitamin C also helps in repairing the skin.
  • Note- If your skin is sensitive, then you should not adopt any of the above-mentioned remedies without a skin patch test and consulting a skin expert.
