You may find it strange to hear the option of pancakes in breakfast, but if the pancake is made of healthy things, then eating it in the morning is not harmful in any way. So here is its healthy recipe.

Material :
1 large ripe mango, 1 papaya, or 3 cups of berries such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and bananas

other material
1.5 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana, 1.5 cups nonfat milk, 1 egg, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, maple syrup or honey (optional), oil as needed

Method :
Cut the mangoes into 1/2-inch pieces. Cut papaya also into 1/2-inch pieces. Toss both and keep them aside.

If using Jamun, wash and dry it thoroughly. Slice the strawberries.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together banana, milk, eggs, and walnuts. Now mix everything so that there are no lumps in the batter. If the batter seems too thick, add some more milk.

- Heat the griddle. Brush some oil. Make pancake from the batter.

- Flip after cooking for about 2 minutes on low flame. Bake till golden on both sides.

- Serve hot pancakes with prepared chopped fruits and don't forget to garnish with maple syrup or honey on top.
