There is trouble even while sleeping at night. Sometimes even breathing becomes difficult. Yoga expert Dr. NupurRohatgi is giving information about this.

Ways to open blocked nose

  • Doctor NupurRohatgi says that whenever the nose gets blocked, place your fingers on the place where the nasal bone ends.
  • Now with pressure, rotate the fingers near the nose 10 times clockwise and anti-clockwise.
  • Now bring the right fingers towards the bottom of the nose and rotate them clockwise and anti-clockwise 10 times.
  • Repeating this process twice a day can provide relief.

These measures may also be useful

  • Apart from this, you can also take steam to open the blocked nose.
  • Drink plenty of fluids. Like consuming herbal tea, or hot soup.
  • Staying hydrated helps in thinning the mucus and brings out all the stuff stuck in the nose.
  • Avoid breathing in places with pollution or dust, use a mask in such places.
