The problem of pipe blockage on the roofs of houses has become common. It is often seen that even a little rain or water coming out of a pot causes water to accumulate on the roof. Due to this, water remains stagnant for several days and mosquitoes start breeding.

In such a situation, people do not understand what to do, so they take the help of plumbers to solve this problem. But now you don't have to do that. You can get rid of this problem yourself in a jiffy.

Mix just one thing in baking soda

  • Baking soda will be effective in removing water accumulation on the roof. This will solve your problem in 5 minutes. But you will also have to add 1 cup of white vinegar to it.
  • First of all, add 1 cup baking soda to a mug of water.
  • Now add 1 cup white vinegar to it and prepare the solution well.
  • Leave the solution like this for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Now slowly pour water from the roof onto the draining net. After this, you pour boiling water on it. By doing this, the waste stuck in the pipe will be removed with the help of a chemical reaction.
  • You should keep doing this every few days. Due to this, water will never accumulate on your roof.

Clean it like this with the help of a pipe

If you don't have baking soda or vinegar in your house, don't worry. There may be things like leaves or plastic stuck in the roof mesh. Due to which water is not coming out. To eliminate this problem the water pipe will help.

For this, you have to pour water from the pipe in a strong stream on the mesh.

By pouring water into a strong stream, the waste stuck in the pipe will go down and water will not accumulate.

Clean with the help of tongs and wood

You can also clean the problem of water accumulating on the roof with the help of tongs. You can use tongs for making roti. Water remains stagnant due to garbage stuck in the mesh. First of all, remove the mesh from the roof and pull out the waste using tongs in the drain. In this way, it will be easy to remove the waste stuck in the drain.

Apart from this, you can also clean the garbage stuck in the roof drain with the help of wood.
