To lose weight, she did not starve himself but preferred to eat the right amount of food at the right time. Bhumi Pednekar is an inspiration to all those women who find it difficult to lose weight. So, today on Bhumi Pednekar's birthday, we are telling you about Bhumi Pednekar's weight loss diet secret-

Gives preference to home-cooked food

Homemade food is the biggest secret of Bhumi's weight loss journey. It may sound a bit strange, but Bhumi has never gone to any dietician or nutritionist. Rather, she has made himself fit only because of the knowledge of Google and her mother. To lose weight, she opted for homemade food. According to her, this is the best and most effective way to lose weight. Bhumi prepared a diet plan for herself with the help of her mother.

Take sugar out of the diet

Bhumi loves to eat and hence did not starve herself to reduce her weight. At the same time, she also made sure that she does not have food cravings so that it does not become difficult for him to lose weight. She had included everything like ghee, butter, buttermilk etc. in her diet, but she had completely removed sugar from her diet. Not only this, but she also controlled her carbohydrate intake. However, to quell her food cravings, she does have a cheat meal once every five days.

This is how the day starts

Bhumi starts her day with a glass of warm or detox water. Thirty minutes later, she eats muesli with skimmed milk and flax or sunflower seeds. Then eats whole wheat bread with 2 egg white omelettes and fruit. This is her meal for an hour before gyming. She does cardio and weights on alternate days in the gym. After that, she takes 5 boiled egg whites. This is nothing better than starting your day with a breakfast like this.

Eats home-cooked food for lunch

Bhumi likes to have simple and home-cooked nutritious food for lunch, which includes roti, vegetables and dal. She eats not wheat Rotis but bread made of bajra, jowar, nachni, soya, gram or rajgira, on which she smears a little white butter. You can mix all these grains to make a power-packed multi-grain roti or use them separately.

This is tadka in their pulses and oil in vegetables, but olive oil is used in small quantities. With food, she takes a bowl of homemade curd or a glass of buttermilk. And when she's out, grilled chicken, brown bread vegetable and grilled chicken sandwiches, hummus with cucumber and carrots, Nutri-nuggets or some homemade chicken gravy with a bowl of brown rice cooked in very little oil. This meal contains between 400 and 500 calories and 80 grams of carbs.

This happens mid-meals

At around 4-4.30, Bhumi eats half a papaya or an apple/pear/guava. After about an hour, she takes a cup of green tea with some almonds or walnuts. At around 7:00, she has a Big Bowl salad, to which she adds an apple with green vegetables, and some walnuts or some dried berries.

She dresses it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar or garlic with olive chile oil or apple cider vinegar. Sometimes she adds grilled chicken or feta cheese to it. She has dinner by 8.30 pm, which usually consists of grilled fish or chicken.

The day she takes vegetarian food consists of fresh, grilled or slightly pan-cooked paneer/tofu, fried or steamed vegetables with a small cup of brown rice or a thin multigrain roti. She tries to take in as few carbs as possible at night.
