Ingredients needed to make Bhelpuri
Puffed rice (parmal) – 4 cups
Onion finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes finely chopped – 1/2 cup (optional)
Potato boiled - 1
Green Chutney - 1/2 cup
Dates-Tamarind Chutney – 3/4 cup


Green chili chopped - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 and a half teaspoon

Garlic chutney - 2 tbsp
Green coriander - 1/4 cup
Raw mango pieces – 1 tbsp
Crushed papdi - 1/2 cup
Sev - 1 cup
Fried masala chana dal – 1 tbsp

Recipe of BHEL Puri
To make Bhelpuri, first finely chop onion, tomato, green chili, and green coriander leaves. After this, cut the boiled potatoes into pieces as well. Now take puffed rice in a big bowl. After this, add chopped onions, potatoes, tomatoes, and green chilies to the bowl.

After this, add garlic chutney, green chutney, and date-tamarind chutney and mix it well. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt as per taste. After mixing everything well, serve it by adding papdi, fried masala chana dal, raw mango pieces, sev, and green coriander on top.
