You can apply for a BH series number plate like this:-
Step 1
To apply for the BH series number plate, you have to first log in to the vehicle portal of the Road Transport and Highways Ministry by visiting parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//node/1978.
After this, you have to click on the option 'Vehicle Registration'
Then you have to choose your state

Step 2
After this, you have to click on the option 'Apply For New Registration'
Now go to the menu and select 'Bharat Series' here.
Then you have to fill in the required information including the name of the vehicle owner, chassis and engine number, and other required information.
After this, you have to upload your ID proof

Step 3
Then apart from address proof, you have to upload other related documents here.
Now you have to deposit the registration fee, for which you will get a slip and keep it safely.
Then your application is looked at and verified by the RTO and after everything is found correct, the number is issued to you.
