This asana works to relax the body. By doing this, all the pain in the body goes away and the body will also come in shape.

How to do Balasana?

  • Sit straight in Vajrasana posture.
  • Keep in mind that your waist should be in line with your head.
  • Then take both your hands upwards in line with the head.
  • You do not have to shake both hands.
  • Now while exhaling, move forward and take the palms towards the ground.
  • Then keep the head also on the ground. Stay in this posture for some time and then repeat it.
