How to do Balasana?
- Sit straight in Vajrasana posture.
- Keep in mind that your waist should be in line with your head.
- Then take both your hands upwards in line with the head.
- You do not have to shake both hands.
- Now while exhaling, move forward and take the palms towards the ground.
- Then keep the head also on the ground. Stay in this posture for some time and then repeat it.
