Recipe:
First of all, put half a cup of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, add 2 bowls of gram flour to it, mix well with the help of a ladle and fry. At this time, reduce the flame of the gas. Using thick gram flour makes laddus grainy. Fry the gram flour until it turns golden. If the mixture becomes dry, add one more tablespoon of ghee. It will take 15-20 minutes to fry the gram flour properly. After this, the gram flour will start releasing ghee. After this, fry the gram flour for 10 more minutes, then turn off the flame and take out the mixture in a big bowl, and let it cool. Meanwhile, put chopped cashews in a pan and dry roast them. After this add it to gram flour and mix well.
Now add a bowl of sugar and cardamom to the mixer and mix. Now add sugar powder to the roasted gram flour and mix. If you want, you can also take direct sugar syrup instead of it. Remember to keep the mixture cold while adding sugar, heating it will melt the sugar. Finally, take the prepared mixture in your hand and make laddus on a plate, and keep it to set.
