There are about 10-20 cloves in one bulb. Taking 1 bud of garlic with lukewarm water on an empty stomach is beneficial.

1. Improves Digestion and Prevents Acidity

Consuming 1 clove of garlic daily improves the pH of gastric juice and helps in maintaining digestion. Old garlic extract helps to heal the gastric mucosal lining.

Its antimicrobial properties kill a variety of parasites and microbial infections in the intestines. The bioactive compound in garlic helps in reducing colitis, ulcers and other gastrointestinal diseases.
