What is the method of application?
Step 1
If you are eligible, then you can get Ayushman card made, for which you have to go to your nearest public service center.
First, you have to meet the concerned officer at the center
Then they have to show their documents
Step 2
After this your documents are verified and your eligibility is checked
When everything is found correct, your Ayushman card is prepared and available to you within a few days.
