  • First of all, mix 1/2 teaspoon salt in 1 teaspoon lime and prepare a paste.
  • Now apply this paste to the rusty area and leave it for about 10 minutes.
  • Let us tell you that lime activates the crystals of rust and salt softens them.
  • After 10 minutes, add vinegar according to the need over the mixture and leave it for 2 minutes.
  • Now rub it with the help of sandpaper. After about 5 minutes of rubbing you will see that there is no trace of rust.
