Generally, we are very careless in our daily lifestyle and eating habits due to which bad cholesterol starts accumulating in the blood. Let us know what harm our bodies may have to bear due to this.

Signs of increasing bad cholesterol in the body-
1. High blood pressure

High cholesterol can make it difficult for blood flow in your arteries, due to which you can become a victim of high blood pressure. Blood reaches all parts of the body through your arteries, but when there is a blockage, the blood has to work harder to reach its destination.

2. Heart disease
Due to high cholesterol, plaque buildup starts in the coronary arteries, which reduces blood flow to the heart muscles and increases blood pressure. Due to this, there is a risk of life-threatening diseases like chest pain, shortness of breath, heart attack, heart failure, coronary artery disease, and triple vessel disease.

3. Kidney damage
Due to high cholesterol, plaque buildup also occurs in the arteries of the kidneys, due to which the blood flow to the kidneys is not easily possible, which it can be called kidney failure. The kidney is the filter of our body, so its protection is very important.

4. Blockage in the veins-
When the amount of bad cholesterol in the blood increases, then it starts accumulating in the veins and then it causes problems in the blood flow. This makes the arteries less flexible. Due to narrow arteries, blood does not reach properly in many parts of the body, due to which damage is certain.
