Ingredients
250 grams of baby corn
a spoonful of oil
three tablespoons flour


three teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
one teaspoon of turmeric powder
one teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder

Method :
First, add some salt to the water in a pan and boil it well and then add baby corn to it and cook for some time.

Now add all-purpose flour, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder in a vessel.

After this make a thick paste by adding water to it and then keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

In another vessel add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder,
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and little oil.

Now add baby corn to this paste, mix it well, and then keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Now mix the prepared paste of this corn in gram flour and flour paste.

After this, heat the oil in the pan and heat the oil in the pan and add baby corn and fry till it becomes golden.

Finally, take it out on tissue paper and serve it hot by adding chaat masala on top.
