Keep in mind that only those who are eligible for this scheme can take advantage of the Ayushman scheme. Under the scheme, first Ayushman cards of eligible people are made and after that, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in empaneled hospitals.

Step 1
If you want to apply for the scheme, then for this you have to first go to your nearest public service center.
By going here you have to meet the officer present at the center and tell them about the application
Step 2
After this, you have to give the documents to the officer, which will be asked of you.
In this, you are asked for documents like your Aadhaar card, residence certificate, ration card
Also, you have to provide an active mobile number.
Step 3
Now your eligibility will be checked and after that, your documents will also be verified.
When everything is found correct, your application is done
At the same time, within 10-15 days of application, you get your Ayushman card.
