Actually, if we talk about how many people of a family can get Ayushman card made, then know that there is no limit set for it. People whose name is in the ration card can take advantage of this.
At the same time, Ayushman card is made only for those who are eligible. After making this card, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals.
These people are eligible:-
Who has a disabled person in his family
People who come from Scheduled Castes or Tribes
People who are destitute or tribal
People who live in rural areas etc. are eligible
Who work in the unorganized sector
People who work as daily wage labourers.
How to apply:-
If you are eligible, then you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra to get Ayushman card made.
Here your documents are checked and eligibility is also checked.
After this, after the investigation is found correct, your application is submitted.
