Know about the scheme
Actually, the name of this scheme is 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Mukhyamantri Yojana' and it is a health scheme. Under this scheme, Ayushman cards of eligible people are made, after which the Ayushman cardholder can get free treatment of up to Rs 5 lakh in the empaneled hospitals.

If your house is mud
A person who belongs to a scheduled caste or tribe
If someone is a daily wage laborer
Who is destitute or tribal
If there is any disabled member in your family etc., then you can avail of its benefits by getting an Ayushman card made.
If you are eligible, then you can also get an Ayushman card. At the time of application, apart from a ration card, Aadhar card, and residence certificate, you need an active mobile number.
