Step 1
If you are eligible for the scheme and your Ayushman card has been made, you can get free treatment.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the hospital and find out whether that hospital is registered under Ayushman Yojana or not.
Step 2
Now that you have found the hospital which is registered in the Ayushman scheme, then you have to go to the Ayushman help desk.
An Ayushman help desk is set up in these hospitals from where your claim is made.
Step 3
By going to Ayushman Help Desk, you have to meet the concerned officer and tell him that you are an Ayushman card holder.
After this, your Ayushman card is taken from you and your information is verified on your card.
Step 4
Then as soon as all your information is verified, you are given free treatment service up to Rs 5 lakh.
In this, the cardholder does not have to pay a single rupee, and the entire expense is borne by the government.
