How to make Apple Kheer

Keep the pan on the gas on medium flame. Add ghee to it. Add grated apple to it. Keep running it continuously. Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes. During this, the gas should be on low flame. After the apples are cooked, switch off the gas. Let it cool down.

Now pour milk into a deep bottom pan. Let it come to a boil. After boiling, reduce the gas slowly. Let it thicken for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep running it continuously. Take care not to touch the embroidery. After this add condensed milk to the pan. run it well.
