Here's a recipe for apple bread rolls:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup warm milk

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg, beaten

1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces

1/4 cup raisins (optional)

1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is dissolved and foamy.

Add in the melted butter, beaten egg, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 cup of flour. Mix until smooth.

Gradually add in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.

Sprinkle the chopped apples and raisins (if using) over the dough.

Roll up the dough into a log and slice it into rolls.

Place the rolls into the greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
