Mushti Mudra for Anger Issues
- First of all, sit in Sukhasana.
- Then make fists with the palms of your hands.
- Keep the thumb upwards.
- Bend your fingers and thumb in such a way that your thumb touches your ring finger from above.
- Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
- Do this 3 times a day for 15 minutes.
