Grated Pumpkin - 2 cups
Curd - one-a-half cup
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1 to 2
Green coriander finely chopped - 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Pumpkin Raita Recipe
To make Pumpkin Raita, first cut the pumpkin.
After removing its thick peel, tighten it.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
When the oil becomes hot, add grated pumpkin and a little salt to it and mix with the help of a spoon.
After this let the pumpkin cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
