Use almond and lentils

Almonds can be mixed with lentils to make an anti-ageing pack. Along with making the skin younger, it also removes dead skin cells and helps in the evening the uneven skin.

Necessary Ingredients-

  • three to four almonds
  • a spoonful of lentils
  • raw milk

How to use-

  • To make this pack, first, grind three to four almonds and lentils and make powder.
  • Now soak this powder in raw milk and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now after cleaning the face, apply this mixture to the face and leave it like this for ten-fifteen minutes.
  • Now while massaging it on the face, you clean the face with cold water.
  • It will act as a pack as well as a scrub.

Use of Almond and Saffron

If you want to make your skin younger as well as improve its complexion, then you can apply almonds with saffron. This pack is considered very good for complexion and ageing.

Necessary ingredients-

  • 3-4 almond powder
  • a couple of strands of saffron
  • raw milk

Method to prepare and apply-

  • For this, first of all, grind 3-4 almonds and make powder.
  • Now add saffron threads and raw milk and mix it and leave it like this for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now apply this mixture to clean face.
  • Wash the face after about 15 minutes.

Almond and raw milk

If you do not have saffron or lentils, you can make a pack with just almonds and raw milk.

Necessary Ingredients-

  • two or three almonds
  • raw milk or cream

Method to prepare and apply-

  • First of all, grind almonds and mix them with cream and raw milk.
  • After about five minutes, apply it on a clean face and leave it on the face for ten minutes.
  • Lastly, wash the face.

Note- If you have oily skin then raw milk can be used. At the same time, women with dry skin should give preference to cream. If you have acne and pimples, then you can also add a little turmeric to it.
