Fondant material
500 grams of condensed milk
3/4 tsp spice cardamom
1 tsp rose water


10 grams ground cashew nuts
250 grams of grated cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
10 ground pistachios
8 strands saffron

How to make kalakand
1 Boil milk and cottage cheese together

To make this dessert recipe, take a thick-bottomed pan and add condensed milk to it. Add grated cheese to it and mix well. Add sugar and keep the flame low. Bring the fondant mixture to a boil and keep stirring so that the milk does not stick to the pan. When the mixture starts to thicken, and you will get a thick paste, remove it from the flame and mix in the cardamom powder.

Garnish with 2 dry fruits and let the mixture cool
Grease a plate or plate with some oil and pour the mixture of fondant on it. Even out the surface with a spatula. Sprinkle dry fruits lightly over the surface of the fondant and press.
