Ingredients
250 gm cottage cheese, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 4 onions, 2-3 green chilies, whipped curd, 3 tsp mango powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri chili, 2 tsp sugar

Method :
First of all, heat the oil, add fenugreek, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds, and fry them.

Now add onions and green chilies, add turmeric powder, garlic, and ginger paste to it.

Mix dry mango powder, red chili powder, sugar, and salt in the curd.

Now cook it by adding spices.

Add cheese to it, then add water and cook for some time.
