After visiting the portal, first of all, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number
Now you will see the captcha code on the screen, fill it in here
Then you have to click on the option of Get OTP
Step 3
After this, a one-time password ie OTP will come on the mobile number you have entered.
You have to enter this OTP here
Then you have to choose your province and district
Now you have to enter other requested information like your name, father's name here
