Who can make an Ayushman card?
if you work as a daily wage laborer
You live in rural areas
If you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe
If there is someone with a disability in your family
If you are destitute or tribal etc.

To get an Ayushman card made, go to your nearest public service center.
Here you have to provide documents, which are verified and eligibility is also checked.
After this, if everything is found correct, the application is made.

People who are members of ESIC
People who work in government jobs
People who are tax payers etc.
