You live in rural areas

If you are also eligible as per the list of the scheme then go to your nearest public service center to apply.
Go there and show the relevant documents to the concerned officer.
Then you will be examined and if everything is found correct, an Ayushman card will be issued in your name.
You get this benefit
If you join the Ayushman scheme, your Ayushman card is created. After this, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals, the entire cost of which is borne by the government. At present a large number of people are associated with it and are taking benefits.
