To get an Ayushman card made, first, you have to go to your nearest public service center, where you have to meet the officer and give your documents.
After this, these documents are verified and eligibility is checked.
After the investigation is found correct, the application is made.
These people can get Ayushman card made:-
If you work as a daily wage laborer
You live in rural areas
If there is someone with a disability in your family
If you come from a Scheduled Caste or Tribe
If you are destitute or tribal etc.
