The Unique Identification Authority of India i.e. UIDAI issues Aadhaar cards in India and looks after the things related to it. It is a unit of the Government of India that does work related to Aadhaar. Apart from your name, address, age, etc., your Aadhaar card also contains biometric information. At the same time, nowadays this Aadhaar card is also needed in government and non-government works. But among all this, one thing is seen a lot that many people's mobile numbers are not linked to their Aadhaar card, then someone has to change their address, while some other thing is wrongly printed on the Aadhaar card of many people due to which they face problems. If there is something like this in your Aadhaar card too, then you can do one thing for it. So let's know how you can get these things fixed. You can know about this in the next slides...
This work has to be done
If your mobile number is not linked to your Aadhaar card or you need to change it, the address in your Aadhaar is printed incorrectly, the name is printed incorrectly or there is any other problem, etc. then for this, you have to go to your nearest Aadhaar service center.
This is the method:-
Step 1
For any work related to Aadhar card, you first have to go to your nearest Aadhar Seva Kendra
Here you first have to take the correction form
This is the same form through which you can get your Aadhar-related work done
Step 2
Then you have to fill out this correction form
In this, you have to fill in your name, 12-digit Aadhar number, and other information
Keep in mind that in this form you also have to write the work that you want to get done in your Aadhar card, like changing the mobile number or something else
Step 3
After this, submit the filled form to the concerned officer
Then your biometrics are taken
After this, the changes that you are making in your Aadhar card are updated by the officer, which gets updated within a few days.
