1. Sabja Seeds Water

Sabja seeds increase the production of collagen, which slows down the ageing process by improving the elasticity of the skin. Also, these seeds create new skin cells to keep the skin healthy.

Way to take

  • Soak one teaspoon of sabja seeds in a cup of water for 15 minutes.
  • Then drink the water with the soaked seeds.

2. Moringa Water

Moringa is one of the most nutrient-rich plants. It contains about 90 nutrients and more than 40 anti-oxidants, which are essential for health. That's why it is also called a superfood.
