RR vs CSK: The 37th match of IPL 2023 was played at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. In this match, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) suffered a 32-run defeat at the hands of Rajasthan Royals (RR). Batting first, Rajasthan scored 202 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. Chennai could only manage 170 runs in 20 overs and lost the match.
Chasing the target, Chennai got off to a bad start. Rituraj Gaikwad and Conway shared a 42-run partnership for the first wicket in 6 overs. Conway could not do anything special and he was dismissed after scoring 8 runs. Gaikwad scored 48 runs. Ajinkya Rahane also went on to score 15 runs. Ambati Rayudu, who came as an impact player, returned to the pavilion without opening an account.

Jos Buttler got out after scoring 27 runs. Jaiswal played an inning of 77 runs. Sanju Samson got out after scoring 17 runs. Devdutt Padikkal and Jurel scored quick runs in the end. Padikkal remained unbeaten after scoring 23 runs. Jurel was run out in the last over after scoring 34 runs. Tushar Deshpande took two wickets for Chennai. Jadeja and Teekshana got one wicket each.
