Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif's film Suryavanshi has completed two weeks in theaters on Thursday and has collected around Rs 165 crore in 14 days. The film has given strong support and hope to the film business which has collapsed due to the lockdown in the epidemic. Suryavanshi's collection proved that the audience was definitely away from the theater due to the lockdown, but not forgotten.

With the opening of theaters in various states of the country after the second wave broke out, the audience also started leaving their homes and supporting the release of Suryavanshi.

Suryavanshi has done its job, now the bow is in the hands of Bunty Aur Babli 2, which has reached the theaters today. The eyes of business experts are also fixed on this film. Bunty Aur Babli 2 is a Yash Raj banner film starring newcomers Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharwari Wagh alongside Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee. After 'Khiladi', the responsibility of drawing viewers at the box office has fallen on 'Anari'. Bunty Aur Bubbly 2 has been released on 1800 screens across the country, while overseas the film has been released on 700 screens, a smaller release than Suryavanshi.

The Rohit Shetty-directed film had a net collection of Rs 163.07 crore till Wednesday. The film has collected around Rs 3 crore on Thursday. However, final figures are yet to come. The film was released on November 5, a day after Diwali, on about 3500 screens. Suryavanshi collected Rs 77.08 crore in the opening week. The film crossed the 100 crore mark in five days and collected 120.67 crore in its first week. In the second weekend starting from November 12, Suryavanshi made a net collection of 30.57 crores, then 10 days collection became 151.23 crores.
