1. Sabudana - 1 cup
2. Rock salt - 1 tsp
3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Finely chopped green chili - 4 to 5
5. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
6. Peanuts - 1 bowl
7. Boiled Potatoes - 3 to 4
8. Sesame - 1 tsp
9. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
10. Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
11. Oil
12. Kadhai

To make Sabudana Vada, first soak a cup of sago in clean water for 4 to 5 hours.
After 4 to 5 hours, keep the pan on medium heat and put the peanuts to roast. When the peanuts are roasted well, then take them out and cool them. When the peanuts cool down, remove their skins.
Now take a big vessel, put sago, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, rock salt, coriander leaves, peanuts, sesame seeds, ginger, and cumin seeds in it and mix everything well.
Now mash the potatoes well. When the potatoes are mashed, mix them well with the mixture kept in the pot.
When all the ingredients are mixed well, then make small balls.
Till you make balls, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium heat.
When the oil is hot enough, but these balls in it and sieve it. When they turn golden in color, take them out.
