People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India named Alia as its 2021 Person of the Year. She is being given this honor for her advocacy for dogs and cats and her work in support of the animal-friendly fashion industry.
Recall that Alia recently invested in the flower company behind Feather, a company that makes vegetarian skin from flowers thrown at the temple.
