Pathan Box Office Collection: The half-day collection of Shah Rukh Khan's film 'Pathan' has come to the fore and the film has broken the record of 'War'.

Hrithik Roshan had earned 19.67 crores for half a day. With this, the film has created a new record by breaking the record of War. Still evening and night shows are left and it is expected that the full day's earnings can cross 50 crores.

It will be interesting to see if Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan can break the opening records of the Kannada movie KGF 2's Hindi version (Rs 53.9 crore), Hrithik Roshan-starrer War (Rs 53.3 crore) and Aamir Khan's Thugs Of Hindostan (Rs 52 crore). However, Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan will comfortably cross Happy New Year's Rs 44 crore opening day mark and become Shah Rukh Khan's biggest opener.
