Bollywood star Salman Khan has once again received a threatening message from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threat was sent to Mumbai’s traffic control room late Thursday night, warning that the writer of a song about “Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi” would not be spared.
Details of the Threat
The message reportedly stated that within a month, the song's writer would face serious consequences, leaving them unable to work again. It also challenged Salman Khan to protect the writer if he dared. In response, the Worli Police in Mumbai have registered a case and begun tracing the call. However, details about the song or the identity of the writer were not disclosed in the message.
Salman Khan Continues Shooting Amid Threats
Despite the threats, Salman Khan remains focused on his work. He is currently shooting his film Sikandar in Hyderabad, which has also led to him missing a recent episode of Bigg Boss Weekend Ka Vaar. Ekta Kapoor and Rohit Shetty will temporarily host the show in his absence. The actor is shooting under tight security and continues to fulfill his professional commitments without compromise.
History of Threats Against Salman Khan
Salman Khan has been receiving repeated threats over the past few months, often linked to Lawrence Bishnoi. Recently, a caller identifying as Lawrence's "brother" demanded Rs 5 crore from Salman and warned that he must apologize at their temple or pay the ransom to stay safe. Police traced and arrested the individual responsible, Bhikaram Jalaram Bishnoi, in Karnataka.
The conflict between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi dates back to the 1998 blackbuck hunting case. Since then, Salman has faced multiple threats, including one incident where Lawrence reportedly ordered an attack on his residence. The authorities continue to investigate the ongoing threats to ensure the actor’s safety.
