The Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police had earlier registered a case against Chandrashekhar for duping former Ranbaxy promoters Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh's wife of Rs 200 crore. The ED registered its complaint on the basis of a police FIR. At present all the accused are in judicial custody.
