Jacqueline Fernandez Bail Plea: Actress Jacqueline Fernandez has got relief till 15 November. Delhi's Patiala House Court has extended Jacqueline's interim bail till November 15. The court will now pronounce the order on regular bail on that day. This whole matter is related to cheating and money laundering of Rs 200 crore. It is alleged that Sukesh Chandrasekhar spent the wrongly acquired money on Jacqueline Fernandes. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) registered a case against Jacqueline Fernandes.

The ED is constantly opposing the grant of bail to Jacqueline Fernandes. The ED says that on getting bail, Jacqueline Fernandes can tamper with the evidence and can also run away abroad. At the same time, Jacqueline Fernandes's lawyer says that the actress is fully cooperating in the investigation.

Jacqueline Fernandez was also present in the Patiala House Court during the hearing on Thursday. Advocate Prashant Patil will appear on behalf of the actress. During Thursday's hearing, the court asked the ED's counsel if the allegations are so serious then why the actress has not been arrested till now.
Jacqueline alleges that she was told about Sukesh's criminal history within 10 days of meeting him. Despite this, she kept in touch with him and kept taking expensive gifts.
