Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most popular shows on Indian television. However, in the last few years, many actors like Shailesh Lodha, Raj Anadkat, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Neha Mehta, Kush Shah and Gurcharan Singh have left the show for various reasons.

Now, according to recent reports, the biggest star of the show Dilip Joshi may also leave the show after a big fight with producer Asit Kumar Modi. According to a source from the production, "It was Kush Shah's last day of shooting. Dilip ji was waiting for Asit bhai to come and talk to him about the leave. But when Asit bhai came, he went straight to meet Kush. This disappointed Dilip ji. Dilip ji got very angry and the two had a heated argument. Dilip ji even grabbed Asit Modi's collar and threatened to quit the show. However, Asit bhai pacified him. We don't know how to resolve their differences."

The source revealed that the incident took place in early August, when Asit repeatedly turned down Dilip's multiple requests to take a few days off. There have been many instances in the past when Dilip Joshi and Asit Modi got into a heated argument with each other on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It was reported that when the show and its crew went to Hong Kong to shoot some special episodes, Dilip and Joshi were fighting with each other, then Gurcharan Singh Sodhi resolved their differences.

Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma is the longest running daily sitcom on Indian television and completed its 16th anniversary on July 28 this year. Set in Mumbai's Gokuldham Society, the show is based on the weekly column Duniya Ne Undha Chashma written by late Indian columnist, comedian and playwright Tarak Mehta.
